This was a party I was really excited about doing. It was for my friends' daughter and was a farm princess tractor theme. You might remember the sneak peek of the invite here.
I had made this hand painted wooden sign for my friend Rosie a while back and we brought it out for the party to go with the invite. Rosie bought the baskets from a local tractor supply store.
This was an old crate I set up to face the guests as they walked in to their seats.
It had a banner of adorable pictures of the birthday girl along with words that went with her and our theme (farm princess, tough girl, ribbons, bows, run, play, etc.) and an old wheel to finish off the display. The tables had burlap runners, fruit basket centerpieces with little signs that said thank you for coming and large pink balloons. The kids enjoyed big bounce houses, tires filled with corn to play in, and a pink tractor pinata! It was a very hot day so we didn't set up the cake or dessert table until later in the evening. It was great for keeping all the desserts from melting but not so much for pics! Sorry! The dessert table included pink cake pops with gold sprinkles, marshmallows on a stick dipped in chocolate and peanuts, layered jello bites, meringues, and some "Eat Dirt" favor bags of chocolate chip "dirt" and gummy worms.
Thank you to Rosie and Alfonso for asking for my help with this day. I had so much fun working on it and can't wait till next year!
